We want to make every part of our platform stupid easy, including billing and payments. We partner with Stripe to securely manage all ZenBench billing and subscriptions.
After signing up for a ZenBench trial, you'll be prompted to enter your credit card information or connect your bank account.
Your ZenBench subscription is billed monthly with no cancellation penalties or long-term commitments. Billing will begin on the day that you sign up, and will auto-renew monthly.
If you need to save yourself (or your company) some cash, our annual plans make that stupid easy as well - we give some nasty discounts that will save you face, whether you report to your significant other or your boss.
ZenBench works based on credits - which are used when you process an action using any ZenBench tool. Take Data Wizard, for example: need to import 10,000 records? That would consume 10,000 credits. Need to backup 10,000 tickets per month? That would consume 10,000 credits per month.
When you sign up for ZenBench, we give you a (generous) starting allocation of credits to be used however you'd like - when you run low or run out, there are options to "top-up" your credits so you never run out.
We're just getting started. We're 'soft-launching' a couple of our tools shortly, starting with our Data Wizard. We then quickly plan to deploy other tools to boost your Admin productivity with Zendesk.
